Homes By Tentac does not finance home purchases. Your realtor is able to recommend a mortgage broker to give you your options.

Yes, we have a one year home warranty program. We also have a program for punch lists at 60 days from closing and at 11 months from closing. This program allows us to take care of any concerns during the first year of your home purchase.

The number of model homes we have varies according to existing inventory, but rest assured if we are out of homes for sale in a certain subdivision you desire, make sure to contact us. Likely that plan is either completed or being built in another Tentac subdivision that we can give you a tour of or build it in the subdivision of your choice.

Many of these homes are built as spec homes and are currently available to see with your real estate agent.
